This email contains no new information. The purpose of this message is to help consolidate the timeline, links and other resources related to reopening. A lot of information has been released of late and we know it can be hard to keep up with it all.

Learning Options Change Form
Use this form to switch your student(s) from the weekly rotation between in-person and virtual learning to 100% virtual learning. The deadline to complete this process was January 15th. If you missed that date, please turn the form in as quickly as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
HOWL Hybrid Information Session
Click this link at 6pm on Thursday, January 21 to participate in a school wide information session on our HOWL Hybrid model. Everyone in the school family is encouraged to attend. The session will be recorded.
Use this link to sign-up for our second round of COVID-19 testing for students, siblings, teachers, parents/caregivers, staff and administrators on Saturday, January 23rd. Testing will take place at the middle campus, located at 820 Essie Ave, SE.

Hybrid Support Volunteer Team
Use this link to sign up for one of four volunteer roles to support hybrid learning over the coming weeks. Details are included in the form.
Click here to access the rosters for the two cohorts that will rotate weekly between virtual and in-person learning. We are in the process of making corrections for those instances where siblings were placed in separate cohorts. Switching students between cohorts for any other reason involves a very high level of difficulty – the cohorts have been established to ensure that the number of students in each classroom is capped for social distancing.
