Chess Club at ANCS
Championship Chess is Back at ANCS! ♟️
We are excited to partner with Coach Rodney Lewis and Championship Chess to offer an engaging after-school chess program for 2nd–5th grade students. Through structured instruction and supervised play, students will develop their chess skills while strengthening critical thinking, problem-solving, math, and reading abilities.
Program Details:
- Who: 2nd–5th Grade Students
- Day: Wednesdays
- Time: 1:45–2:45 p.m.
- Fall Session: September 2 – November 11 (No class on October 14)
- Cost: $190 per child
- Registration Deadline: August 31 for regular pricing
- Registrations beginning September 1 will incur a $15 late fee.
- Pre-registration is required at least 2 days before the first class.
Families will also receive access to World of Chess Online, where students can continue learning through instructional videos, activities, online gameplay, and weekly virtual tournaments.
