Hailey Neckles

5th Grade Teacher

Hailey Neckles joined ANCS in 2026 as a 5th Grade Associate Teacher after completing a full year of student teaching at ANCS. She is excited to continue working with the ANCS community and is passionate about creating a supportive classroom where students feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow as learners.

Ms. Neckles earned a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Georgia State University and an Associate of Science in Natural Sciences from T.A. Marryshow Community College in Grenada. Her student teaching experience at ANCS gave her the opportunity to put her studies into practice while building relationships with students and developing her approach to teaching.

Prior to beginning her career in education, Ms. Neckles worked with Delta Air Lines, assisting passengers from a wide range of cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her work included supporting children, individuals with disabilities, senior citizens, and non-English speakers while collaborating with flight crews and ground staff in a fast-paced environment. These experiences strengthened her communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Born and raised on the island of Grenada, Ms. Neckles enjoys reading fantasy and medieval books, singing karaoke, and taking road trips. Her favorite flower is the sunflower, and she especially loves dogs and horses.
