High School Updates

ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSFERS:
APS allows families (residents and non-residents) to transfer to an APS school using one of four transfer varieties: School Choice, Children of APS Employees, Mid-Year Transfer, and Hardship Transfer. The window is open from January 16 – February 3. Please see here for more information.

MAYNARD JACKSON HIGH SCHOOL:

• Tuesday, January 31, 2023: Rising 9th Grade Parent Night @ 5:30 PM in the Auditorium
• Wednesday, February 8th: 8th grade walking field trip and tour of MJHS
• March 10th: Course registration (more details forthcoming)

THE NEW SCHOOL:
The New School is hosting its final Admissions Open House on Tuesday, January 24 at 6:00 pm. 655 Memorial Drive, 30312. All middle school families are welcome! Come meet ANCS alums and parents and learn about our excellent financial aid program. Register at tnsatlanta.org.

CRISTO REY HIGH SCHOOL:
Our current schedule of Shadow Days is nearing an end. If you have a student that would like to experience a day in the life of a Cristo Rey student, please encourage them to register ASAP!
