Cooking with ANCS for Women’s History Month

For this edition of Cooking with ANCS, we are excited to feature the family of Ms. Afzal as we learn how to make Aloo Baingan Bhurta (Potato Eggplant Curry). Ms. Afzal is a native of Karachi, Pakistan and lives in a large, multi-generational household with her mother doing much of the cooking.
