Arrival & Dismissal Safety Reminders

As we welcome everyone back for the new school year, we’d like to ask for your help in keeping our students safe and continuing to be great neighbors to the communities surrounding both ANCS campuses.

Because our schools are located in residential neighborhoods, many children, families, staff, neighbors, and community members are walking, biking, and driving through the area during arrival and dismissal. A little extra patience and awareness go a long way.

Please help us by:

  • Driving slowly on neighborhood streets, especially during arrival and dismissal.
  • Watching carefully for children, families, and staff who are walking or biking to school.
  • Never blocking driveways or intersections while waiting in the carpool line.
  • Following the established carpool routes and avoiding stopping in places that block traffic or limit visibility.
  • Being patient and courteous with our neighbors and fellow families.

Our neighbors are heading to work, school, and appointments just like we are, and we appreciate your help in keeping traffic moving safely and respectfully.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep our school communities safe and for helping ANCS continue to be a good neighbor. We appreciate your partnership and wish everyone a wonderful school year!
