Please Check Your Students’ Account Balances

Parents/Caregivers –

We are just over 100 days into the school year, and by all measures the school as a whole is doing well. One area of concern, however, is the amount of past due account balances in a number of categories. Between AfterCare, student meals, and athletic fees, the school is carrying tens of thousands of dollars in delinquent accounts. We will not turn students away because of unpaid fees, but we do of course rely on your partnership to meet all payment requirements.

In an effort to better support our school family, we have amended the terms of our breakfast/lunch payment arrangement such that the school will absorb all processing fees. This change means you will no longer pay a $2.60 transaction fee when you add money to your students’ meal account.

If you need assistance, please consider filling out our Request for Financial Support form. Financial support for Neighborhood Charter families is made possible by contributions to the Gather & Grow Fund.
