Reminder About Delinquent Accounts

Parents/caregivers –

We need your immediate attention to any delinquent accounts at the school. Although this year we have issued a record amount of financial support/assistance to our families, we also have a record high number of delinquent accounts – primarily in AfterCare and our school breakfast/lunch program. The total amount currently outstanding could cover a teacher’s salary an entire year. The financial burden created by these past due balances has a negative impact on our ability to provide for our students, faculty and staff.

It is imperative that we collect on these accounts before school ends and summer begins, as our fiscal year closes on June 30. Please use the links and contact information below to resolve your outstanding balances. And if you can, please make a donation to the Gather and Grow Fund. It is through this fund that we are able to

  • provide support for families who are facing financial hardship,
  • show support and appreciation for our faculty/staff, and
  • fund community building activities across both campuses.

In an effort to better support our school family, the school absorbs all processing fees on our online payment platforms. And next year, we will consolidate all payments – field trips, lunch, AfterCare, athletic fees – onto a single platform that will allow you to set up payments and track your balances.

Thanks in advance for bringing your child(ren)’s accounts current.
