Kindergarten Round-Up

The Kindergarten Round-Up is an opportunity for kindergarten students to get a sneak-peak of what going to school will be like, as well as a time for ANCS teachers and other staff to meet our newest school family members – you and your kids! The round-up is also extremely helpful as we strive to build classes that provide an equitable and optimal learning environment for all students. During their visit, students will spend time in a kindergarten classroom with two teachers. The time will be structured with activities typical in a regular school day, including a time for community building, a read-aloud story, free play, and low-stress independent “work.” There will be an information session for parents and caregivers while children are with the kindergarten teachers.
