Brittnay Sattler
Kindergarten Teacher
Brittnay Sattler has been part of the ANCS community since 2011, starting as an intern and now marking her 14th year at a place she calls her second home. She specializes in Conscious Discipline, global citizenship, and relationship building. Of all her roles, she’s most proud to be the mother of a UGA sophomore, Hannah.
Before ANCS, Ms. Sattler taught in preschools including Discovery Montessori Academy and The Children’s Garden. She was part of the first New Teacher Residency Project cohort, which became the CREATE Program at Georgia State, where she later served as a mentor.
She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with an ESOL endorsement and an M.A. in Creative and Innovative Education from Georgia State. Ms. Sattler loves the strong sense of family at ANCS and brings a passion for constructivist teaching and nature-based learning. A lifelong adventurer and traveler, she’s visited over 50 countries and grew up in Saudi Arabia.
