2nd Grade Teacher

Camron Johnson is in his fourth year of teaching, with experience in both kindergarten and third grade. He holds a Master’s degree in Creative and Innovative Education with a curriculum focus and is currently pursuing his Tier 1 Educational Leadership certification.

Camron earned his BSEd in Elementary Education and Special Education with a minor in Psychology from Georgia State University, where he was honored as Mr. Georgia State University 2021–2022 and named Undergraduate of the Year. He is also a proud CREATE alumnus, a Georgia State–based teacher residency program focused on equity and innovation in education.

Before joining ANCS, Camron worked as a tutor at Bespoke Tutoring and Buford Elementary, supporting students across elementary and secondary levels in reading, writing, and math.

Deeply committed to mentoring and community outreach, Camron focuses on supporting the academic and personal growth of at-risk youth in the metro Atlanta area. Outside the classroom, he is an advanced baker who enjoys exploring different cultures through desserts and has a collection of nearly 200 model cars.
