Lea Price

ESS Associate Teacher

Lea Price graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Photography and also spent two years studying and playing Division 1 basketball at Florida State University. Lea has been a part of the ANCS family for 12 years as a parent, and this year marks her fourth year working at the school and third year coaching the middle school girls’ basketball team.

Outside of school, Lea has a passion for camping and backpacking. She has already backpacked nearly 200 miles of the Appalachian Trail and aims to eventually complete the entire trail.

Lea, her wife, and their two children, Alice (a Junior at The New School) and Billie (a fourth-grader at ANCS), share their home with a lively assortment of animals, including two dogs, a bearded dragon, a hamster, and a flock of seven ducks.

Coach Lea is eager to lead her students in their middle school journey and also lead the girls’ basketball team to victory, GO WOLVES!
