Kickball Tournament Information and Registration

On Sunday, September 28th, the PTCA will host the annual Kickball Tournament at Cheney Stadium in Summerhill. This is a great way to spend time with your kids, hang with some old friends, and hopefully meet some new ones. Parents, teachers, students, and family members are all encouraged to play!

Event Information:

  • When: Sunday, September 28, 2025
  • Where: Cheney Stadium, 741 Connally St SE, Atlanta, GA 30315
  • Time: Team check-in: 12pm; first game: 12:30pm
  • Parking: Please do not block driveways. Street Parking on Connally, Little, Ami Streets and Georgia Ave will be available, but we encourage biking, walking and alternative transportation when possible.

Please read through your options before completing the registration form. If you have any questions about team vs. individual registration, please email Kickball Co-Chairs Dana Xavier Dojnik (danax16@gmail.com) and Sara Reid (sara.reid@gmail.com). More game-day information and waivers will be sent to Team Captains/Parents and individual participants ahead of game day.

Team and Individual Registration information:

  • NEW THIS YEAR: Each team may have no more than 3 older teens/adults (high school age or older) Read new Community Guidelines.
    • New categories & prizes
      • Best team name
      • Most creative team
      • Outstanding team spirit
      • Ultimate inclusive team (students/parents/teachers/admin/sibliings etc.)
  • There are a max of 16 teams allowed to register. Each team is limited to 10 players per team with two back-ups (if a player needs to leave early). This allows our partners, Epic Games Atlanta Sport & Social Club to set the brackets and allows each team to play 3 games on game day.
  • Registration Deadline: September 19th, or sooner, if we reach our maximum number of teams.
  • Team information: Have a team parent/captain do the registration for the entire team. If you do not know your complete roster at time of registration, that is okay. You will be able to email that information afterwards but no later than September 22. One team, one registration :)
  • Individual Information: Participants do not have to be a part of a team to play. Individual players will be assigned to Team Neighbors. If it fills up, we will add another team, pending the 16 team limit.

Team and Individual Registration Cost Information:

Because we are a school committed to accessibility for all of our families and we do not want a family’s financial position to determine whether or not they can participate, there is a free registration option available. Please pick the option that works best for you and your family. When you register, you will choose one of the following options:

  • Team Registration: $160
  • Team Registration: $0
  • Individual Participation Registration: $16
  • Individual Participant Registration: $0

Kickball Community Guidelines. WHY THESE RULES? The ANCS Kickball Tournament is meant to be a lighthearted, community event where students, families, and staff come together to have fun. In recent years, overly competitive play—particularly from adults—has sometimes taken the focus away from our kids, created unsafe situations, and left some children feeling discouraged or excluded.
