Reminder: Farm Volunteering Meetings This Week

If you’d like to learn more about what is needed from the adult members of our school family, please join us for one of the following informational sessions:

• Thursday, Aug. 24, from 6pm-7pm on the Middle Campus farm; the gate to enter the farm is located on Emerson Ave., at the top of the short gravel driveway
• Saturday, Aug. 26, from 9am-10am on the Elementary Campus farm; bring your morning coffee or tea and enter through the farm gate on Grant St. near the library entrance to the school building

We’ll be learning from each other about what your favorite farm chores are, the time you have available, and what a realistic commitment to these tasks look like, as well as what is really needed to keep the farm running smoothly for our young student farmers.
