Lindsey Conway has been at ANCS since 2015. She attended the oldest Woman’s College in the country, Salem College for two years. Afterwards, she left Salem to attend Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated in 2005. Her areas of expertise are cooking French and Southern cuisines.

During college, she started her externship at the James Beard nominated restaurant, Watershed in Decatur. She worked there for almost 2 years. Afterwards, Ms. Conway left and took a job at Ecco in Midtown. From there, she was promoted to Sous Chef after a year. She worked at Ecco for 3 years before accepting the Sous Chef title at the James Beard nominated restaurant Miller Union. She had the honor of opening and working at Miller Union as the only Sous Chef for 8 months. Ms. Conway began working at Whole Foods Market in 2010 and held the positions of Catering Specialist and Associate Team leader for the Prepared Foods Department. She worked there for 3 years.

Ms. Conway was born and raised in Atlanta, more specifically Candler Park/L5P. She attended Atlanta Public Schools from K-12 and can say she is happy to be a product of APS! Her husband, Matt Conway, is a pilot and has been for 11 years. They started dating their senior year at North Atlanta High School and married 10 years later in October 2010. They have a beautiful and rambunctious 2 year-old son named Declan, and also have two fur baby dogs named Dutch and Peanut.
