ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GROUPS

Children learn through play and discovery.  The Gaia Elementary Group provides a safe therapeutic space for children to process inner feelings and learn coping skills as they share time with other children. Gaia Play Therapists will support and empower children with a relational child-centered approach that is compassionate and nurturing.

Lower Elementary: Weekly on Saturdays, 9 am

Middle Elementary: Weekly on Saturdays, 12 pm

Upper Elementary: Weekly on Saturdays, 2 pm

Fall 2024 Session: August 31- December 21

Cost: $75 per session

MIDDLE SCHOOL THERAPY GROUP

Early adolescence can be a very confusing time. The Gaia Middle School Group will be a fun, safe, and supportive environment to help kids manage social, emotional, and psychological challenges and changes. This group is a great fit for Middle Schoolers struggling with social anxiety. Participants will gain coping skills, as well as the vital knowledge that they are not alone in what they are going through. The therapy team at Gaia are compassionate, strengths focused, and tuned in to the world of tweens and teens.

Biweekly on Thursdays, 6:00-7:15 pm

Fall 2024 Session: August 22 – December 19

Cost: $100 per session
