Middle School Girls Group

Is your middle schooler struggling with anxiety or looking to strengthen her friendships? Middle school can be a challenging time for adolescents. Our supportive 6-week counseling group is here to help! By joining our group, middle school girls will learn to make and keep friends, gain social confidence, and manage anxiety and worries through mixed usage of interactive games, art activities, and discussion. Let’s work together to build resilience, foster friendships, and have some fun along the way!

What We’ll Focus On:

• Building confidence to manage anxiety
• Strengthening communication and friendship skills
• Creating a safe space to share and connect with peers

Details:

• Who Can Attend: 6th Grade – 8th Grade Girls
• When: Tuesdays at 6PM, starting January 14th
• The group will meet for 6 sessions
• Cost: $55/session
• One free miss allowed
• Where: Decatur Office
• Group Location: 321 W Hill St., STE 9, Decatur, GA 30030
