Permission Slips Due Jan 6 for Happy Tails Dog Therapy Visits

Please fill out this permission form to allow your child to attend Happy Tails visits in the upcoming semester at the EC. (Note: we need you even if your child participated in the fall semester.) PERMISSION DUE BY JANUARY 6. Late permission slips will NOT be accepted.

We have had an overwhelmingly joyful time visiting with Happy Tails during fall semester this year at the EC! We have also had overwhelming participation too.  In light of that wonderful problem to have, we are opening up the opportunity again to all students to sign up to join the bi-weekly sessions. 

As we organize the elementary grade-level group rotations for spring semester, we will prioritize students who have not yet had a chance to participate and those explicitly recommended by their teachers or other school staff.  Students who have fears of dogs or are allergic will not be permitted to participate.
