Celebration of Food, Farm, and Culture

We are so excited to spend time learning, growing, and celebrating together as a school family on the Elementary Campus farm with a Ramadan Iftar Event. Please plan to join us for an evening of community on Wednesday, March 27, from 7:00-8:30pm.
An Iftar is a special meal that breaks a fast at sunset during the Islamic month of Ramadan. We will be hearing from our featured guest speaker, Chef Asata Reid, as well as from students and school families that will share more about their experiences during Ramadan. And as always, we’ll raffle off wonderful books for kids and adults alike, and get to know our school family in new and unique ways.
We look forward to seeing you Wednesday, March 27, from 7:00-8:30 pm on the Elementary Campus school farm (688 Grant St SE). Dinner will be served beginning at 8:00pm (sunset) and all ages are welcome! Thank you for taking the time to let us know you will be joining us by completing the RSVP here.
