Cooking with ANCS for Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, Chef Bradley and the ANCS assistant nutrition director, Lindsay Conway, will demonstrate how to make from scratch biscuits using the recipe from the late chef, teacher and author Edna Lewis. Lindsay will be showing us how to make the perfect biscuit, using the methods learned at her time at the former Watershed restaurant under the direction of Chef Scott Peacock. Chef Peacock was the caregiver and guardian for Edna Lewis at the end of her life and learned this recipe directly from Mrs Edna.
