PTCA General Meeting

Please join us for the first PTCA General Meeting this year on Tuesday, August 16th at 6:30 pm at the Elementary Campus Auditorium. If you are looking for more ways to get involved at the school or just to meet the members of the PTCA Executive Committee, now is your chance! We will have brief presentations on all upcoming PTCA events and committees including the Kickball tournament, Third Friday Coffee, Fall Festival, Run with the Wolves and much more! There are many ways to get involved and levels of volunteer participation to choose from. Executive Director Chuck Meadows will also present a State of the School report. To make it easier for you to attend, free childcare will be available for all ANCS students and siblings ages 4 and up. Please sign up for childcare at this signup genius link. If your child will be attending aftercare, you will need to pick them up by 6 pm. Drop off for meeting childcare is separate and begins at 6:15 pm in the lobby. Childcare will be provided by ANCS employees. Masks are strongly encouraged for all attendees and children. Look forward to seeing you there!
