Aleah Clemmons

7th/8th Grade Mathematics Teacher

Aleah Clemmons joined the ANCS faculty in the 2016-2017 school year. Ms. Clemmons holds a B.S.E. in Middle Level Education and a M.Ed in Mathematics Education from Georgia State University, as well as a Ed.S from Kennesaw State University in Curriculum and Instruction.

Ms. Clemmons’ areas of expertise are in mathematics and language arts. She has worked in the ANCS after school program, as a humanities and math teacher in ANCS’s Saturday school, as a mentor and cooperating teacher for the CREATE teacher residency program, and she has written curriculum for the math enrichment and intervention program at the MC. She fell in love with ANCS’ close-knit, family-oriented space a long time ago and has never looked back. She loves all things MATH, building relationships, and helping students grow a love for the subject as well!

In her spare time, Ms. Clemmons loves to stay active by being a cheer coach and playing kickball. She is exploring new ways to step out of her comfort zone and find new hobbies.
