Detric Prather

6th/7th Physical & Health Education Teacher; Athletics Director

Detric Prather earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Fitness Management with a minor in business from Clayton State University.

This is Mr. Prather’s third year teaching. He was a student assistant at Clayton State University, working at the information desk assisting with answering questions and directing where visitors, students and parents needed to go on campus.

Mr. Prather loves working with kids. He has coached sports, mostly basketball, for about five years. He is very passionate about helping and giving back to others in his community and wants to do all he can to help students be successful in school as well as in life.

Mr. Prather was born and raised in Conyers, Georgia. He enjoys eating, watching movies, and working out.
