Elise Clifton

5th Grade Teacher

Elise Clifton received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education. This is her third year teaching and first at ANCS. Prior to joining ANCS, Elise spent two years at another Atlanta charter school as a 5th grade special education teacher in an inclusive classroom, where she taught math and science and assisted with other subjects. She cherishes the relationships she built there and values the experiences that shaped her into the teacher she is today.

Outside of work, Elise is known for her goofy, caring, and adventurous nature. She enjoys reading, roller skating, and hiking. A film enthusiast, she delights in everything from sappy rom-coms to psychological thrillers.
