Lesley Michaels
3rd-5th Grade Instructional Coach
Lesley Michaels attended Cortland College where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She also has a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Reading and Literacy from Walden University. Ms. Michaels is the 3rd-5th Grade Instructional Coach at ANCS. Previously she taught 4th and 5th grades at ANCS, and 4th and 5th grades in the DeKalb County School System.
Ms. Michaels’ has spent much of her life working with children. From her babysitting days, to her time as a camp counselor, to work as a substitute teacher and classroom teacher, Ms. Michaels has enjoyed all of her time instructing and having an impact on kids’ lives.
Ms. Michaels grew up in Syracuse, New York. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cheering on the Syracuse University basketball team, riding her bike, practicing yoga and attempting to surf.
