Nicole Love

5th Grade Teacher

Nicole Love has been teaching for 12 years, and she has taught four years at Neighborhood Charter School. Prior to ANCS she taught 7th grade in Savannah, Ga for three years, and she taught 4-5th grade at Kindezi for 5 years. She was a CREATE mentor teacher from 2019-2020 and was honored to be a member of the 2020-2021 Create Equity Facilitation Fellowship. As an educator, she is passionate about helping all students feel welcomed enough to thrive both academically and within their classroom community.

Ms. Love has earned an Associate degree in Pre-Science from Mount Aloysius College, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Jacksonville University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Armstrong Atlantic State University, a reading endorsement from the University of North Georgia, and learned a lot about customer service from her 9 proud years as a Starbucks barista.

In her free time, Ms. Love enjoys time with her partner and her family, trips to the beach, playing guitar, listening to mysteries and thrillers on Audible, playing basketball, looking at shoes online, binge watching good shows, playing chess, writing song parodies for her cat Ferris, and gushing about her amazing students to anyone who will listen.
