Shari Lobban received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Leadership through Grand Canyon University.
Shari’s thirteen years of teaching included working as an EIP teacher for ESL students in grades 2, 3, and 5. She was also an Associate teacher at ANCS from 2012-2017 in grades 3 and 4. She has worked as a full-time homeschool teacher for one family with students aged 5,8, and 12. Previously, she worked as a Site Coordinator with high school students for a nonprofit organization, The Great Promise Partnership. She has managed a group of high school students, helping them to prepare resumes, apply for college, and gain life skills to be successful in the working world. She currently has a small business offering vegan and gluten free baked goods for a small cafe in Atlanta.
Shari loves living and working near ANCS as it makes her feel more connected to the community. Her daughter is a former ANCS student from kindergarten through 8th grade, and has made lifelong friendships. She loves to read, as well as cook. Some of her other hobbies include photography and book making. She hopes to incorporate some of her hobbies into her teaching.
