Jim Paisley

VP Elementary Campus

Jim is in his fourth year on the PTCA Board and this year serves as Member Emeritus. He is in his fifth year of ANCS parenting with first 2 kids James and Anna, a fourth grader and a second grader. His third baby, Jillian, will start ANCS in the fall of 2024. Although Jim and his wife, Katie, are from metro-Atlanta, they lived in Florida together for 5 years before moving back up to Grant Park in 2010 and will probably never leave the neighborhood. 

Jim grew up in Marietta, did undergrad at Georgia Tech and then after a short stint in corporate America, went to law school at Florida State. After law school, Jim and Katie moved to Orlando before moving back to Atlanta. For the last 10 years, Jim has had his own Midtown law firm representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death and he absolutely loves his job. 

Jim hopelessly loves all things Georgia Tech sports, going to Tech games, Falcons, Braves, United, giving and receiving trash talk with UGA fans, and hanging out around Grant Park with family, friends, and neighbors. Although coaching his boy’s basketball and baseball games gives him a heart attack, he’ll never stop.
