From the Director of Finance & Ops

Hello, ANCS family! I am Chiquetta West, the Director of Finance & Operations. I’ve been with ANCS for nearly two years (December is my work anniversary), so I’m still fairly new to the school. In my role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), I manage the school’s $17 million budget and finances. I also oversee the HR, accounting, facilities, and custodial teams.

I am a Georgia native, born in Atlanta and raised in Decatur. My background in finance includes local government, higher education, and now primary education. My role at ANCS has been challenging, but in a positive and rewarding way. I have implemented various operational policies and procedures to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.

For fun, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and exploring new restaurants.
