New Attendance Reporting Form

This week we launched a new attendance process to streamline how parents and caregivers report student tardies and absences, as well as how parents and caregivers are notified regarding student tardies and absences. Using your phone or computer, student tardies and absences are reported using the Google Form found HERE. You can also scan the QR Code located at the desk at the Elementary Campus and on the front door of the Middle Campus. You will complete the form in its entirety for each of your child(ren). This quick and easy method eliminates the need to email teachers regarding absences and allows parents and caregivers to report an absence from anywhere there’s a cellular signal or wifi.
