Meal Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Today, in commemoration of Hispanic Heritage Month, our nutrition team has prepared a special meal that pays tribute to the rich culinary traditions of Central & Latin America. On the menu, we have two options: tacos de carnitas, featuring tender shredded pork, and tacos de chorizo y papas, a vegetarian alternative made with chorizo and potatoes. The tacos are accompanied by a selection of sides that include black beans, shredded cabbage, crisp radishes, and a variety of salsas crafted from recipes passed down by our own Ms. Maria Paez.
